The OPTIMIZER2 uses patented technology to continuously monitor in-service circuit breaker performance and SF6 gas density. SF6 gas emissions due to leakage are totalized and reported.

It provides better accuracy in voltage and current readings and easier installation than the main stream CTs and PTs. The LineScope indicates faults and the direction where they come from while still reducing equipment requirements like cables and analog input relays. Among other fault identification the LineScope measures line temperature and communicates via radio frequency.
